I shall put what she wrote and her hair up in the loft in the deed-box which will not be opened till my death, so I don't expect for forty or fifty years. I have not made up my mind about Marian (another M! I heard the supervisor call her name), this time it won't be love, it would just be for the interest of the thing and to compare them and also the other thing, which as I say I would like to go into in more detail and I could teach her how. And the clothes would fit. Of course I would make it clear from the start who's boss and what I expect.
But it is still just an idea. I only put the stove down there today because the room needs drying out anyway.

O sa pastrez suvita de par si tot ce a scris in pod, intr-o cutie care va evoca fapta mea, si care nu va fi deschisa decat atunci cand voi fi murit, lucru pe care il astept de-abia in vreo 40 sau 50 de ani. Inca nu m-am hotarat cu privire la soarta lui Miriam (un alt M! l-am auzit pe supraveghetor strigand-o pe nume), cu siguranta de data aceasta n-o sa fie vorba despre iubire, va fi vorba numai despre curiozitate, confruntariea experimentelor, dar bineinteles si despre cealalta chestiune, pe care, dupa cum va spun, as vrea sa o analizez in amanunt si chiar as putea sa o invat cum sa se comporte. Iar hainele i s-ar potrivi. Si fireste ca ii va fi clar de la inceput cine-i seful si ce asteptari am.
Insa, e doar un gand. Astazi am dus masina de gatit in pivnita pentru ca, oricum, camera trebuia zvantata.
